I'm contemplating starting to make my own peanut butter. I'm a honey roasted creamy person, myself. Somehow, I was completely ripped off in the kids department as NONE of them will eat peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. I mean, what is *that* all about???? I guess I should count my lucky stars that they won't go through their life menaced by the almighty peanut due to some sort of horrific peanut sensitivity.
